Mom – Daughter – Sister- Friend to many – Hero

A hero is commonly defined as a person who is admired or idealized for courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities, and all of which we know countless amounts of people who could vouch it applies to our dear mother. Julie R. Weller (Christensen) was born on October 19, 1968, to James and Jean Christensen. She is the sister to Joleen Lafrentz (Christensen), Jeff Christensen, and Janelle Christensen. On October 14, 1995, she married David A. Weller. She is a mother of three sons and five foreign exchange daughters (Christina, Ivi, Fernanda, Freddy, and Soline), while also being a friend to many who value having her in their lives. She has given her life to doing what is right and always being there for people. As a stay-at-home mother, she has made family her world and would give everything to change the world for her sons, Dereck Lee Trimpe, Justin James Weller (current ISU Senior ’18), and Jordan David Weller. When family or friends experience troubled times, she’s there for them. No matter what happens in life she will find a way to support you and help you come out of it stronger. She is the type of person to bend over backwards for those that pass the kindness on to others in return. To a mother that taught us what it takes to truly live by being remembered for making a positive difference. As her sons, we were all raised to communicate, show respect, and do in every situation what is the right thing to do. Our mother is someone that has supported us our entire life with nothing short of the greatest love and adoration a mother possibly could. All the money or nice things in the world would have never made our family nearly as rich as we truly have with your love, Mom.

From Dereck, Justin, and Jordan, your Sunshine, your Moon, and your Star, Thank you, Mom, for everything you’ve ever done for us and everything you continue to do each and every day.

We Love You
