Julie Ann Skadburg Willis graduated from Webster City (IA) High School in 1991 and received her Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communication from Iowa State University in 1995. She married Ted Willis in 1996 and works for University of Colorado Health in the Human Resources Department. Julie and Ted and their two children, Ben and Grace, live in Fort Collins, Colorado.
