This brick is given in celebration of the continuing friendships of members of Pi Beta Phi who were (mostly) in the graduating class of 1969. Since 1989 many of us have gotten together annually to catch up on each other's lives. Though we have followed many different paths since graduation our lives have been enriched by the opportunity of reunions for comparing experiences as we move through similar stages of life. Not one of us would have guessed years ago when we were reading about Carrie Chapman Catt in Pi Phi history that we were cementing the bonds of sisterhood for the rest of our lives.
