In honor of Sheryl Ann McIntire Rutledge's undergraduate and graduate work at Iowa State University as well as being a lifetime friend to me and a role model for women. Sheryl returned to school to complete her high school diploma following marriage and the birth of her first child. Once her children were in school she went on as an "A" student to complete a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology. She remains successful in the working world today and truly exemplifies what determination and perserverance of a goal can accomplish.
