Ruth Livingston Mills. To know our mother brought pleasure to the lives of many people. She played an active role in the communities wherever she lived. Her avid interest in helping young people lasted throughout her lifetime. Ruth's children and grandchildren will always remember her for her positive attitude and encouragement. She personified the ideals of motherhood.
