An educator all of her life, Leora Davis Schuelka has worked over thirty years in Iowa's public schools to promote learning and to provide personal growth opportunities for her students. A strong advocate for women's rights, Dr. Schuelka has continually fought for leadership roles in her field. A very determined woman, Leora Schuelka pursued her own education while balancing school, work, and family. As a mother, she has provided a wonderful environment in which to grow up in.
