For twenty years, Sarah Carlson has epitomized the College of Human Sciences’ vision of enhancing human potential and improving people’s lives. Sarah has taken the CHS vision and mission to heart, collaborating and supporting faculty, staff, and students by elevating our collective scholarship and impact and facilitating extramural funding. Sarah brings deep expertise, but also creativity, dedication, and a person-centered approach to her work. She has served the ISU community in many ways including her long tenure on the Institutional Review Board and collaboration on Research Day and as a senior member of the Sponsored Funding Services Council. Sarah is forward thinking and generous. With this recognition, we would like to honor Sarah and demonstrate our deepest admiration and gratitude.
