It gives me great pleasure to honor Ann K. Goddard in the Carrie Chapman Catt Plaza of Heroines. She is an Iowa State University alumni from the class of 1977. I have come to know and respect Ann through our mutual employer CNA Insurance Companies in Minneapolis Minnesota. Her contribution to the insurance industry as a leader and mentor makes her the perfect candidate for this recognition. Ann has excelled in her career by attaining her Charterd Property Casualty Underwriter designation and holding several positions of leadership in the industry. She is a friend and a terrific source of strength to me. To honor her in the Plaza of Heroines is a wonderful way for me to show her how much I respect her.
