Our daughter, Barbara (Halverson) Westercamp, is a kind, considerate and loving wife, mother, school teacher and homemaker. In 1968, she was selected Iowa Dairy Princess. She graduated from Nevada Community High School with honors in 1966. She graduated from Iowa State University with distinction May 29, 1970, with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She received her Master of Arts degree July 26, 1974, in the college of Education at the University of Iowa. She married Keith J. Westercamp June 13, 1970. They have four children – Jonathan, Kara, Laura and Jeralyn. They reside in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Barbara is very involved in church and community activities. We are proud of our daughter and her family.
