Caroline has served Iowa State in many different roles. She was the 2018 Collegiate Women in Business vice president and was a member of Business Council. Caroline worked as a Cyclone Aide and Cyclone Aide advisor while at Iowa State and still works for the New Student Programs office. She was a STAR for three years and currently holds the position of STAR's president. She is an active member of Pi Beta Phi and gives back to the community through her philanthropic event known as Read, Lead, Achieve.
