Carrie Margrete Lane, born April 26, 1991, is our daughter and she has the distinction of being the great-great-great niece of Carrie Lane Chapman Catt. We hope this distinction will be a source of inspiration and strength of character as she lives and grows makes choices, faces life's challenges and seeks her purpose in the world. We honor her as a "heroine in the making."
