Cecelia Burnett is a caring, hard-working woman who has dedicated her life to improve the quality of life for each of us. She has been active in promoting fairness and equal rights for all people. She has worked as an environmental educator in Story County, trying to teach people of all ages an environmental ethic - a better way in which to live our lives - with respect for the beauty and wonders of nature and in harmony with all living things.
