My Mother and Heroine,
My Mother, Chris Baetzold, did everything for our family. With three children, myself (Seth), Claire, and Jared in age descending order, was an incredibly busy lady.
Chris was a police officer for five years, then later a teacher, but most importantly a mom.
My mom saw us as an embodiment of herself. She supported her children in over half a dozen sports, she oversaw every homework assignment and test in school, to waking up at 3 am to give us cough medicine. She worked tirelessly to ensure we were happy and put before herself.
Unfortunately she experienced an untimely passing, however the memory of her will always be in my family's hearts. I hope to be more like her as I live my life.
Chris Baetzold is the mother of Seth Baetzold. Seth graduated from Iowa State University in 2017.
