Born 4/24/62 in Fort Dodge, Iowa. Attended Iowa State University from August 1983 to December 1985, graduating with a B.S. degree in Elementary Education. Married Keith Edge 4/11/87. Presently lives in Livermore, Iowa and teaches elementary and junior high students in north central Iowa. Mother of Kaleb, born 3/18/88, Benjamin, born 2/20/90, and Katie Marie, born 9/23/94.
