We wish to honor our daughter, Debra Ann Loupee Waggoner, a 1978 ISU graduate in Landscape Architecture. She is a wonderful mother to our grandchildren: Andrew, Elizabeth, and C. Zoe. Deb is supportive of her husband, Paul; an active participant in her family's school and civic activities; and a devout leader in her church.
