Doris was the epitome of the hard-working farmer's wife. She lived to provide as best she could for her husband and daughter, Sandra. She was full of life and fun to be with.

Born November 10, 1906 in Ames, IA. Died January 8, 1977 in Lincoln, NE. Grew up in Ames. Graduated with B.S. in Home Economics from ISU in 1931. Home economist for Fort Dodge Gas & Electric in the '30s. Married, 1 child. Wife of ISU-graduate, Forester. Homemaker. Lived on farm at Randolph, NE and later in Lincoln.
