I have chosen to honor my mother, Duvina Galarza, because she is and will always be my biggest fan. Together, we embarked on a journey in August of 2007. Seven years later after many tears, laughs, and "ay dios mios," we made it. Leaving for school in Colorado was the best decision I ever made. I would have never had the courage to do all the things I have done if it were not for her endless support and encouragement.
Mom, words cannot express how much you mean to me and how thankful I am of you. As I move forward in life, I will be sure to always knock it out of the park for you because my love for you is to infinity and beyond.
