Faith Bradford Fritts was a student of Home Economics at Iowa State University in the early 1920's. There she met Elmer A. Fritts and they were married in 1923, one year short of her receiving a degree. She was a farm wife, a homemaker, a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Methodist Church. She was the mother of three boys and one girl and lived to see ten grandchildren. She lived in Moody County, SD, Sioux Falls, SD, Cedar Rapids, IA, Mankato, MN, and Midland, MI. She always remembered with pride her experience playing the carillon while a student at Iowa State.
