I would like to honor my wife Helen Johnson Pratt. She and I were married in 1947 while I was a graduate student at Iowa State and she died in 1985. It will be a source of considerable satisfaction to me to know that her name appears on one of the buildings on campus where we spent the first few years of our marriage.
