Janice Mae (Rasmussen) Clark born January 11, 1933 in Sioux City Iowa to Clarence and Mamie (Johnson) Rasmussen. She is the youngest of three children. Jan's parents were neighborhood grocers. Growing up in and around a grocery store holds special memories for her. Everything from deliveries with her "Pop" in his pickup truck to watching her mother make the pies for the coffee counter.

In 1954 Janice married John Clark and eventually set-up housekeeping 3 doors away from her parents. Tom was to become a barber and Jan a homemaker. In 1958 Cathy was born followed by Linda in '61 Diane in '65 Karen in '69 and Jonathan in '75.

Janice's love for art is evident when you are in the Clark household. Many of her paintings are displayed in their home as well as at her church and friend's homes. She is a modest but gifted artist. Her other loves are the Lord and her family. She is a true example of a Christian woman to her family and friends. We would like to take time to extend our thanks for being a dedicated mother wife and servant for the Lord. Thank you for being such an excellent role model for us! 6/24/94
