"Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up. And if one prevail against him two shall withstand him; and a three-fold cord is not quickly broken." Ecclesiastes 4:9 10 & 12.

Enjoying friendship is certainly one of life's sweetest blessings. We all need those in our lives with whom we can share not only our hopes and dreams; our fears and sorrows but also with whom we can laugh play and sometimes even cry. Life has so much more meaning when shared with a friend. Thank you dear friend for sharing your life with me. Joy, you deserve to be honored in the hall of fame because your life typifies that of a servant leader. You consider a "need seen as an assignment given." You never seem to tire of giving to and doing for others -- whether family friends or those you hardly know. Your family and friends admire your zest for life and find comfort in knowing you are always there for each of them ready to give whatever is needed -- a helping hand, financial assistance, a listening heart, a word of encouragement or just a good old-fashioned laugh. One of your siblings considers you a spiritual leader "a prayer warrior for sure." Even your grand nieces and nephews have special names (Joy bubbles) for you that reflect your goodness tenderness and kindness. May you never grow weary of living laughing and loving!
