During Coach Manning's 19 years of coaching, she took so many chances on young women golfers that weren't necessarily the next Annika. Yet, she took them in and helped them grow and improve as golfers and created many great athletes. But more importantly, she helped these young women mature and gave them the skills that would allow them to be successful in life. We were each one of those that she took a chance on and we can't tell her enough how much she has shaped our lives.
When the time comes for each of us to leave Iowa State we will leave a better person because of her. For this we are eternally grateful. She has touched our lives in so many ways we will never forget. This brick shows our gratitue for everything she has done and of course makes sure Coach Manning will be remembered at Iowa State forever!!
