Ms. Hyatt overcame many obstacles and experienced great personal sacrifice and risk to pursue a graduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies at Iowa State University. Consistent with her character she looked beyond her own immediate hardships and came to ISU in pursuit of an advanced degree that would enable her to better assist those with demands greater than hers. Ms. Hyatt is woman of inestimable resiliency keen insight and unquestionable integrity who has remained true to herself committed to family and friends and sensitive to the needs of others. She is truly a unique woman of courage and conviction selflessness and kindness intellect and discernment.
