We--John B. Harper, Nancy Harper Schneider and Joseph Schneider--are honoring our mother and mother-in-law on the occasion of her 80th birthday (November 12, 1994).
For over five decades she has served as a mentor and role model for women from all walks of life through her leadership in community college and church organizations. Her many accomplishments cited below demonstrate a life-long commitment to the service of her community and the cause of dignity and true equality for all women.
