Rachel Joyce Shaver, born August 1, 1997, Montrose, Colorado. Rachel is the daughter of David Shaver (ISU, BS, 1990) and Judy Shaver (UNI, BA, 1987). Rachel lives in Montrose, Colorado, where Judy teaches elementary children with special needs and David owns NeoTool, a software development company.
